Ministerul Sănătății anunță că susține în continuare purtarea măștii în timpul activităților sportive care se desfășoară în interior. Totodată, activitățile sportive în aer liber se pot desfășura fără purtarea măștii de protecție, cu respectarea distanței fizice recomandate între elevi, conform Mediafax.

Astfel, ministrul Sănătății Vlad Voiculescu îi răspunde ministrului Educației, Sorin Cîmpeanu, în ceea ce privește propunerile de completare a Ordinului ministrului Educației și ministrului Sănătății nr. 3.235/93/4.2.2021 pentru aprobarea măsurilor de organizare a activității în cadrul unităților/instituțiilor de învățământ în condiții de siguranță epidemiologică referitoare la purtarea măștilor de protecție în timpul activităților sportive.

Cei de la MS spun că au ținut cont, în decizia lor de incidența în creștere a cazurilor de la reluarea cursurilor în format fizic; de creșterea cazurilor pozitive COVID-19 în rândul cadrelor didactice de la reluarea orelor de clasă și a numărului claselor/grupelor suspendate, conform datelor oficiale și de numărul în creștere de infectări cu SARS-Cov-2, noua varianta UK – linia genetică B.1.1.7, precum și repartiția lor geografică extinsă pe tot teritoriul României, cu rata de transmitere și contagiozitate crescută la copii.

De asemenea, reprezentanții MS subliniază că în timpul efortului fizic crește mult eliminarea de aerosoli ce pot vehicula SARS-CoV-2 de la un bolnav la o persoană receptivă, implicit riscul de transmitere, iar măsura relaxării purtării măștilor în timpul orelor de sport ar zădărnici efortul susținut de a purta mască în timpul tuturor celorlalte activități școlare. De asemenea, spun cei de a MS precizează că mai multe țări au luat decizia sistării complet a activităților sportive.
