Marian Zlotea a făcut joi, în exclusivitate pentru emisiunea ”Culisele Statului Paralel” de la Realitatea Plus, dezvăluiri explozive despre neregulile din dosarul în care a fost condamnat la opt ani și jumătate de închisoare cu executare. În prezent, fostul europarlamentar se află în Italia.

Zlotea a fugit din România în 13 ianuarie 2021 și s-a predat recent autorităților din Italia. În intervenția la Realitatea Plus, fostul europarlamentar a povestit cum i s-a cerut să îl toarne pe Traian Băsescu și pe Vasile Blaga pentru a scăpa de dosar. Acesta respinge toate acuzațiile care i se aduc. 

”Decizia a fost luată la instanța de apel după ce la fond fusesem condamnat la 2 ani cu suspendare. 

Nu am făcut nicio declarație pentru că am avut încredere deplină. În situația dată, este dreptul meu să explic public. Abuzurile care s-au comis cu acest dosar au fost halucinante.

Totul a început în 2010, când am fost chemat la DNA ca martor, am fost întrebat dacă am idee despre ceva despre campanie, despre ce fac cei din subordine, am spus că nu, apoi am fost pus sub învinuire, de ziua mea, de un procuror, Vasile Ioniță, pe care nu l-am văzut niciodată. Totul s-a întâmplat printr-un polițist judiciar care se ocupa de dosar. 

Abia în 2015 am cunoscut un procuror. Atunci am fost chemat de o doamnă procuror, care venise de la DIICOT, Enache Aurelia. Mi-a spus să dau două persoane și sunt liber. Mi-a dat și numele pe bilețel, TB și VB (Traian Băsescu și Vasile Blaga). I-am spus că nu am ce să zic, că sunt un simplu membru de partid…(…)

Judecătorul la camera preliminară mi-a spus că nu sunt probe și l-a trimis înapoi. La câteva zile, rechizitoriul s-a întors înapoi. În ceea ce mă privește nu s-a modificat nicio virgulă. Am mers în instanță, ne-am judecat. Surpriza cea mare a venit când am solicitat înregistrările din dosar în ceea ce-i privește pe inspectori. Mi s-a spus că nu am fost interceptat și nu le pot primi. Am reușit, în apel, să obțin acele interceptări care erau probe în dosar, sute de ore, nu erau făcute de SRI, ci de DGA. Dumnezeu știe cum a  ajuns DGA să facă interceptări… Am ascultat luni de zile fiecare interceptare, le-am dus la instanța de fond. Pentru mine, mi dovedea nevinovăția. De unde să știu eu ce făceau inspectorii înainte să fiu numit la ANSVSA ?

La final, președintele de la fond mi-a spus că trebuie să împartă și capra, și varza. Nu am înțeles niciodată care cum era, dar am înțeles că și doamna judecător care a dat prima sentință avea pregătit un dosar la DNA. Îmi pare rău că n-am ieșit atunci public, m-am gândit că îmi fac mai mult rău… 

Am ajuns în apel, unde am ajuns la doi judecători. Unul s-a pensionat și a intrat doamna Jderu. Surpriza de acolo era că la același judeCător erau cauzele și altor oameni din PD…

La final, mi s-a schimbat încadrarea, dar s-a mai adăugat o faptă, acel Selgros, care nici nu a fost judecat de prima instanță”, a declarat Zlotea, la Realitatea Plus. 

Fostul europarlamentar a precizat că dosarul a fost construit pe două denunțuri făcute de doi foști colegi, care au fost lăsați liberi. În Italia, fostul europarlamentar speră să i se facă dreptate. 
”Am ales Italia pentru că aici am familie, un frate. Acasă mai am o mamă care are 80 de ani și are altcineva grijă de ea. Dacă mă predam, nu mă mai puteam apăra în fața acestor abuzuri. De unde să mă apăr, de la Rahova, dându-mi cu sapa în cap?!
În Italia m-am pus la dispoziția auorităților, vom ajunge la Curtea de Casație și vom vedea ce decide justiția cu privire la aceste abuzuri. Eu totuși sper ca justiția din Europa să nu fie la fel ca în România”, a mai spus Zlotea. 

Fostul europarlamentar PDL și șef al Autorității Sanitar-Veterinare, Marian Zlotea, a fost condamnat la 8 ani și jumătate de închisoare pentru corupție. Zlotea a fost acuzat de trafic de influență, luare de mită, constituire de grup infracțional organizat și instigarea la luare de mită. Potrivit procurorilor, când era șef al ANSVSA, i-ar fi obligat pe angajați să dea, lunar, bani pentru PDL. Mai multe detalii despre dosar sunt disponibile AICI.
